RETURN POLICY


Our goal is customer satisfaction, therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn/unused items by simply emailing your request to getego@egosoleil.com. PLEASE NOTE RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. This applies ONLY to items ordered from EGO SOLEIL’s online store at www.egosoleil.com. We do not accept returns for items ordered from affiliated stores or resales. 

·         EGO SOLEIL will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed. 

·         Merchandise must have all tags attached and may not be reattached for returns.

·         Sale, Promotional, Samples and/or Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

·         Shipping charges are not refundable.

·         Upon receipt of returned goods, Ego Soleil reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

·         A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.

·         Please note that a frequent or excessive number of returns may cause rejection of future orders placed by a customer. Therefore, please ensure size requirements are accurate. If you are unsure or have any questions before placing your order, please contact us for assistance. 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 8-12 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order in the online shop at egosoleil.com.
